There's no chance he spends 9 years on prison. It mentions that he is "facing up to nine years in prison" and his attorney says:
Eisenmenger will seek a sentence that calls for no time in prison.
I betting he does end up with no prison time or on the off chance that happens, it is less than 12 months.
I guess Florida will be telling his how much a man's life is worth shortly.
