M.I.L's suite turned out fine. New fiberglass doors with stainless hardware for the front and the rear. Two new joined windows that span a 73 inch hole. New concrete sill. I sure wish I could get some white coat plaster. Plaster of paris is a BEECH to work with. Yes, the apt walls are plastered expanded steel.
You should have seen how bad it looked before.
Good gosh. And the apts have cast iron sewer pipes and stacks.
