Hello out there.

My brother-in-law wants to put America bars on a Speedmaster (my former Speedie).

Will the stock Speedmaster brake lines and throttle cable, etc. work?

Any tips, guidance on doing this?

Thanks!

Hey Brad,
Putting America bars on the Speedmaster risers be a problem w/ cable length.
If so, you could try America risers with the bars.
Going the opposite way was not a problem on my America.
I have even used the Speedmaster risers w/ America bars on my America.

Brad....I've done that mod on my Speedmaster. Yes, I had to change the 3 cables to the America ones to accommodate the America bars. Was also able to add Jim's Spacers for a more up right seating position. It's a great mod!
