Does anyone know how much the Triumph rack will carry. I usually ride solo and only put the tent and sleeping bag on it, but this year going out 2 up so no back seat to stack up.
07 Phantom Black/Sunset Red America. If its on a trailer its stolen.

It will hold a tent and sleeping bag for sure.

I made a slightly larger base for mine with a roughly 12"x14" piece of thin plywood and three small u-bolts before a trip last summer, and it held a tent, two sleeping bags, two mats, and occasionally two leather jackets.

14 stone is much more than I've tested. I've toted 1 large cooler containing 2 cases of beer and full of ice (and lots of bungy cords)- that may be, what 4 or 5 stone?

My wife & three daughters taught me how to pack for trips "I'm sure there's room for one more steamer trunk"

Screw the rack, my bike should be worried about the weight limit of my Corbin seat...

From what I gather what you really mean is "the weight limit ON your Corbin seat."
No malice intended... do I still get my birthday drink in Nelson?

Hopefully the factory limit is just a recommendation. I recently had a Chevy Suburban flex plate, and a Toyota clutch and flywheel on mine. I would say it was around fifty pounds. It does very well with a case of beer and a bag of ice also.
