I've used BB a lot. Yes they can be slow, especially for more obscure parts. But these are also parts (say, intake and exhaust valves) that almost no dealer stocks. Or good luck finding the dealer who does have them. And Zod help you if, in that obscure parts order that takes 6 weeks to arrive, you forget something. When I bent my valves a couple years ago I ordered a mess of parts, valves, gaskets, seals, etc., but I forgot the alternator cover gasket. DOH! That didn't take another 6 weeks but it did keep me off the road for a while longer than necessary.
