remove chrome capping, use a small screw drive and the plam of your hand. place the blade of the screw driver between the capping and the riser, tap screwdrive in e-z with the plam of your hand. the caps should pop right off.
Use an allen key to loosen the hex bolts e-z does it, maybe tie your handle bars to a hook in the ceiling so they dont fall and hit the tank. Do not remove the hex bolts just loosen. Place bars where you like them and retighten.
