Hey Gordon,
The pleasure was mine. I really enjoyed getting to talk to you and put a face on lynchphoto. It seems like everyone there focused on our common interest instead of personal agendas. Even MrUnix and I bonded well, despite our known differences. He is a jewel.
Everyone I met there is special to me, already. I would welcome each of them into my home at any time. Yota, despite his history, is already like my little brother (we accellerated together a couple times and we both smiled - we shared the grin). I will get in touch with him soon for a ride in middle Tennessee. I thank Larry for welcoming Shari into his home and showing her what Southerners are all about. I thank Shari for taking a leap of faith in her brother, and getting to meet some more of us. Of course BigJack & Diane Wilson for being the precious friends they are. Gary for being the farthest member to show. Pat, for his wizardry and spatial aptitude in his trouble shooting skills. Jaymo, for his tenacity. He was a broken man for a while, but he will survive (he's a country boy at heart, I saw it in his eyes). I won't mention any other names, because I will miss someone. The long distance riders hold a special place with me. I love 'em. But especially Chy & Di. My God, they go to a lot of trouble and put there lives on hold for a few days to put and keep these rallies together. God's blessings to Chy & Di and their house.
Now, most of all, I wish I was still there instead of looking at this empty house after 20 teenagers being here all day. Megan's 18th birthday was special today. Her 3 best friends since age 2 were here with us since mid-morning, getting things ready and cooking with me, then I am reminded of friendship. But My NEW friends are great.

Ride Safe, Dennis Triumph, it's how I live and what I ride.
