They are priced like that for sure. I did have good luck with my Avons but I want a better rain tire. It's confusing cause I've read many reviews on Dunlop, Michelin and Metzlers and they're mixed. The Kenda actually had better reviews then all of them which surprised me. Sometimes the get what you pay for mantra isn't always true. With such a critical item as tires I guess it's better safe than sorry though.

Any recommendations for a good rain tire with good wear characteristics?
