Some pics of the things we talked about:

When set, the lever should align so that when its pulled in it hits the black thingy and pushes it down, releasing the lock. This takes very little pressure.


When not set the lever clears the black thingy but only by about 1/8th or 1/16th.



A view from underneath. If you have the adjustable levers make sure you use the correct bolt...


If you need to file down the grip this will give you an idea of where. Of course you need to go all the way around. That little curve can cause the assembly to slide away from the grip. Im sure it would still work but it would look funny. I like mine flushed and moving without any "wobbling" in the movement.

Oh...read through the instructions a few times, be patient. The instructions are actually very clear when all this starts to click...untill then its not so fun.
