Thats about right. I have pipes a freak kit and am jetted more aggressively than you are (see info in my signature below) and I can get to about 120 (sometimes more) before reserve consistently.
Keep in mind that you probably are using that throttle a bit more now than before. Before you were most likely rolling on or off, now you might be stabbing it more cause you want to play with that newfound power.
Adding the freak wont change much if anything.
BTW...I once got about 54 MPG after all my mods...that day I was keeping my speeds low and rolling on/off. I was very surprised. I have since gotten into the habbit of looking for fuel at 100 miles.
