Ok... Yeah, I was hesitant to cut the old ones off, but after a minute or two of wrestling, out came the razor blade. The right side screw was REALLY in there... So, I used the M3 until the bolt stripped. Then I hammered a T20 bit into the stripped bolt and that worked for a few turns before it stripped again. That got the head out enough that I could get a vise-grip around it and got it out.
Hadn't thought about the hair spray. I'll have to try that for the glue effect.
Ok then, new grips, LED 'idiot light' conversion, horn upgrade... Moderately productive night all in all...
