YES and No. Yes they are expensive if you dont plan on messing with em. No they are not expensive if your going to be making mods and are going to need to adjust a couple times. Yes they are expensive if you pay a shop to do all the work for you. No they are not expensive if you travel a lot and might go up (or down) in elevation where you may need to richen or lean the bike. (I know this is an extreme situation but it could happen).
