Yes, I think it is RAR. I got it to work using depositfiles.com, and didn't have to join, but I had to wait a while for the free part to work(I'm no techno by a long shot).
It comes as a zipfile, and I opened it and have it stored as a pdf on my pc at work, and if I can figure out how I will post it on our site as a pdf file folder, so you can download the whole magilla and open it later. I'm workin' on it....Or, if some technophile (double hint) wanted to do this properly, I'll hold their coat while they git 'er done. It is an inherently beneficial tome.
