I stopped by a local Honda dealer to see the Fury as well. However, they were sold out of them and had deposits on the rest of the ones they were scheduled to get (anytime in the near future). Sooo I started just looking around and really became disgusted with the other bikes they had in the shop (Kawasakis, Suzukis and other Hondas). Made me REALLY appreciate my BA (despite all the problems I've been having with it). My BA looks better, handles better, gets more admiration and respect, etc... etc... Anyway, as I'm standing there waxing poetic about how lucky I am to own a Triumph the salesman walks back up and asks "can I sell you a bike today?"... I just looked at him and said "I ride a Triumph and you couldn't give me anything in here that would even come close to replacing it"... then I walked out.
Big bore, head port, upgraded carbs, clutch, etc.... here I come!
