not really, it all depends where the electrical problem lies.
I didn't say it was electrical just the first place I would look for that issue. It is very hard to diagnose anything from a distance, Just think of possible causes and then I always post what I think is the most likely first. If it isn't there then at least those are eliminated. Basic trouble shooting. Start with the most likely cause and eliminate them and keep going until as much as possible is eliminated in the order of likely hood. Could possibly be a slide issue but I don't think that is as likely as an electrical issue although possible. It probably isn't a fuel feed issue since it clears up after 3,000 RPM. Could be some crud in a carb circuit too. The list of possibilities I think would be confusing so I weigh the causes in my head and post what I consider likely. If I posted all the possible causes then there is no point since you can go through all possible causes yourself.
