After seeing it in person, I really suggest that people hold judgement until they get a chance to throw a leg over it. It is a really nice looking bike, the radiator isn't as huge as it looks, and the pipes don't seem quite as upswept as in the pics. The sprocket cover is a big piece, but it hides the coolant reservoir behind it, so not much you can do there. Maybe customize it with some etching or something. I really would have liked to see one all dressed up with touring gear. The passenger seat fails again. It was really well balanced and felt light for a heavier bike than ours. I think Triumph will sell a bunch of these. If they take 1% of Harley sales, it would probably be considered a success. Now, after saying all that, I'm going to admit, I don't want one. If I want a bigger, heavier bike that doesn't get blown around on the highway and can cruise at 80mph all day with more power and a water cooled engine, I will get a RIII Touring.
