Both of my boys have made Eagle. The oldest started as a Tiger, the youngest was a "tag-a-long", untill he could start as a Tiger. Both made Arrow of Light in Cub Scouts as well.
It's been 18 years for me in Scouting, and I'm still there, as my youngest is now in Venturing.
