As for lubes, I've tried several. The Bel-Ray super clean doesn't fling off, but it is ugly.
I just used some Maxima chain wax. This seems to be the best yet. Goes on clean, dries clear, doesn't fling off, doesn't attract dirt.
Just follow the directions: Apply to warm chain, let set for 20 minutes before riding. I wipe off the excess before the first ride after an application.
