And you will find them much more comfortable on long rides. A good windshield, floorboards, a Corbin seat with back rest and risers have made a world of difference in long range comfort for me. I just returned from a 1,600 mile round trip to Big Bend and could not have done it without the above equipment.
I drug the sensors on my boards several times in the mountains of West Texas and had no problems.
