So, I've got a cousin in Vegas who wants to get a bike (scheduled for his MSF course soon) and asked me to check out a few Urals for him (they don't have a Nevada dealership). I'm not sure why he'd want a Ural unless there is a lot more snow and mud in Las Vegas than I'm aware of, but he assures me that it's 'what suits their needs'.

Anybody have any experience with these things? Most reviews are pretty negative (one claimed it was "high in the running for the worst motorcycle ever marketed in the west"), but they seem to have a pretty loyal following.

Mabe I can convince him to strap a sidecar onto a used Bonnie instead...
