I was certain that the 790/865 engines were forged in forbidden fires near Stonehenge by the last of the Druids.

I have first hand knowledge that the 790's were made by the Dark Lord Sauron in the volcanic Mount Doom. After his demise, they came out with the 865. The 865's are now made by the Druids.
