Get yourself well soon. I have not been on this forum long but from what I can gather you are the one person that will be surely missed even for such a short time. I for one will miss your charm, wit and dare I say sarcasm.
Again hope everything is going well. I spent 5 days in hospital 2 years ago with a massive kidney infection and I know just how you feel.
