How about a pair of 65 Chevy Impala back up lights?

Or some Cadillac lights?

Glue one of these in, and you're ready to roll.

I have a pair of both types with the chrome, brand new, for sale. $40 plus shipping for a pair of either type, LED not included.

On the other hand, if you're more in the market for what 'normal' people might use,
http://www.radiantz.com/cart/index1.html?c16.html&1

I can speak for the quality of the Radiantz line. Good stuff, and very bright lights.

I use this one. A Lucas replica. There are also others...

Hey Benny. Is that rear guard (fender for US readers) off a V-Star? Was it an easy fit?

Cheers,
Richard

The America's rear wheel and the Yamaha xvs650 are the same dimensions so the XVS tail light might be an easy fit - but maybe too boring.

Brendan, that new fender looks very nice!!!

(BTW...I think any of these suggestions so far here would look good on it!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Ain´t that a Harley rear fender or somekind of look alike? Something bothers me about it?

Anyway, I would go for the Cadillac tail lights shown in Buckys message. Those are real cool.

i hold your opinoin second only tho Ed's
true all the light suggestions look great i think it'll be a toss up between Richards option and the twin cat eye's Ian has shown dollars will be the ruling factor

yes it a harlyy guard as for whats bothering you about it,i'd hazzard a guess and say the angle of the rear seat is all wrong,i'm gunna have to cut a piece out of the front to lift while at the same time lower the rear, that should bring it all back in line 1 thing tho i'll have to watch for clearance on the wheel
