I just (well, several weeks ago) installed the TBS cush drive. What a pain. Really tight. I had "shimmed" my old cush and it took some time to thoroughly clean the inside of the hub. Then some silicone lubricant was enough to get everything back together.
Now if I could get healthy and it would stop snowing here I might get to try it out.
