Are you an anarchist? I'm only asking because Libertarians generally understand that placing people in danger violates their rights. Penalizing those who do so is one of the few moral justifications for the existence of government. Of course, it might be that you're neither an anarchist nor a Libertarian, in which case the confusion is all mine.
