I think at the very least the law should require all cars/trucks to be set up with hands free cell capability like Microsoft Sync. At least a driver's hands would be on the wheel and eyes on the road, even though there mind is somewhere else. Other then that ban um. I don't even carry a cell phone unless I go on a trip for emergencies. As far as bungee strapping a 5 year old to you on your chopper
