I had to bleed my front several times, what with taking the bars off for when it got shipped to the States and back again last year... I couldn't get the air out either till in desparation I cracked the line up at the resivore, pulled lever in and presto, bubbles galore... Use lots of rags to protect your paintwork, it's rather corrosive stuff...
