Not in my case. That 500 Trophy was just the coolest two wheeled vehicle I had ever seen. I didn't know much about the history of Triumph at the time and didn't care where it was made. Now though, Triumphs being assembled in Thailand, Hong Kong or wherever sure does take the shine off the apple. I'm not saying they are inferior to those made int he UK...but you all know what I'm talking about. Would loyal Harley enthusiasts buy a Harley made in Tahiland? I probably just opened up a can of worms, but that's my job. I'm Dwights assistant instigator.
