Speaking of air filter mods, I'm considering cutting out the bottom of my airbox. I'm running gutted stock pipes with 4" baffles at the inlets. Will a simple airbox mod like this be worthwhile? Also, I ride in all types of weather, including heavy rain. Will an open airbox create problems?
