I bought the Zumo 550 in Dec, 2007 for $650. I like it a lot and will always have a motorcycle GPS from this point forward.

HOWEVER, if I had to buy one today I'd find the cheapest WATERPROOF gps and just use that. I don't use any of the other features of the Zumo 550 such as bluetooth, music, or radio.

NEVER use a printed map.
