Several options here for you and I have them all. Option 1: a 4 inch Smith and Wesson model 686 in .357 Magnum. This will shoot .38 wadcutter for target, .38 special for more punch and .357 magnum. Essentially you get three guns in one package. Option 2: if you want to carry a hunting sidearm get the 686 in 6 inch. Option 3: If you are looking for high capacity, amazing out of the box accuracy and relatively cheap ammo get the CZ SP-01 9mm. It is my absolute favorite handgun period.
