Get a Triumph Thunderbird sport hub, put on your speedy rotors, and have a custom rim laced to it.
Exactly what I and several others on here have done.
I kept my TBS 17" cause I wanted to run a big fat tire. GinaS on here has 2 America's running I think twin disc 18". Once you have a TBS front hub you can lace any size rim to it you want... I'm not sure from your origional post tho if you wanted to go spokes or custom alloy...
