If there's zero play , yer gonna have a sticky throttle , ya need 1/8" or so of play . Get it all together , then loosen the screws that hold the control housing halves together , and slide it over to the right a smidge . That's what I did , no complaints . Now go get a Throttle Boss for the K grips , nice .
