Here's a picture. I removed mine and put on an inline filter that is easier to change. This just reminded me I should probably change it and put in new plugs.

The hidden filter is located where the fuel line is attached to the carbs, inside that T fitting way down near the bottom of things. It's around 6mm wide, by oh, 3/4" long, and fits right inside the inner diameter of the T fitting.
It's a little mesh screen in a plastic frame, shaped somewhat like a cone.
Based upon the design and location, I'm pretty sure it's made by the WTF Corporation.
