Today the smokers' tax, tomarrow the passive drinkers' tax. No kidding, the UN and other "progressives" are working on laws taxing the "pasive alcohol" effects ie the social & medical cost of drinking alcohol just like they've done with smoking. Will it never end? no, it's about big government and control.
