Speaking of the insanity of those who make decisions for us,
a bill was introduced at the federal level some years ago that would require UPS & Fed Ex
drivers to collect mail order cigarette taxes at the recipient's door during the time of delivery.


Every so often I get a fantasy of growing one crop that
would require a 5 month wait, and afford a year's worth of income...
then that nasty living in a 6 X 10 box for a few years if caught
makes the fantasy disappear.
