It is a big money maker for the Natives up here. Theres a reserve outside of town where theres a smoke hut in front every other house. You can get 200 so-so cigs for 10 bucks or 22 bucks for ones that are comparable to ones at the corner store (70 bucks) .
If the Natives make money at it then it only goes to show what obscene taxes (profits) are being made by the government. I dont see any of these taxes being used for smoke cessation programs.
