A HD kickstart kit is easy since there is a side cover there and the final drive is on the other side. I have some HD kick start parts left still. It is an easy kit to install. Our cases split vertically so even if you could manage to get a shaft out that far there would be a ton of machining. Only possibility would be if a primary cover could be modified for a gear and shaft and then some sort of support bearings to run the shaft behind the engine to come out the right side. Or have a left hand kicker, I think my old BMW has a left side kicker. I would have to look at it to verify since I haven't started it in over a year. That kicker swings 90º to a normal one.
