what i meant to explain is the baffle is a perforated tube surrounded by packing.When you tighten the bolt up. it all pulls to the left in fact if a cicular plate had bin welded to the end like most exhausts it would not move and also the packing would not start to blow out or gases escape from one side like mine did also the internal legal baffle which fits inside is ok, but will not make any real difference unless you wrap it in packing before you place it inside the other.So i think if they came with a plate at the end you know what i mean circular and a large hole drilled in the middle to let all the gas out then it would keep the packing in place and stop it all moving to the left when you tighten both baffles up together Also fitting instructions and telling people they can use packing around the legal universal decibel eater that was suplied and yes a reciet would be nice would i recommend only if you like loud pipes and dont mind if you loose the packing.
