With the second baffle they are actually legal though - you have to remember the BSAU test in this country is fully accredited and legal but is somewhat more lenient than most in Europe so you are fully legal (and the baffle is marked as such) but louder (nicely so as Jesterminute says rather than OTT) than stock
To meet the BSAU test the bike is measured on open flat ground (so no reflected sound) from 7 meters at a 45 degree angle as it drives by in 2nd to 5th gear at 3000-5500 rpm - which is basically very low revs from 21 feet away out doors and then you have to meet 82 dB
These baffles actually do that from 5 meters so are below legal limits but don't confuse stock with legal - they are not stock quiet just legal quiet...
