I had a quick look here but found nothing to help
Today after riding for an hour and half i stopped to fuel up and when starting the bike , it didn't want to ,the idiot lites were blank ,head light blank ,i found if i played with the ignition switch and had it about half way between off and on the lights worked but would not start the bike , i checked the battery for loose terminals and then checked the volts , both fine ,we then jumped started it when the key was at half way and it fired and ran fine , checked the charging rate ,fine ,turn it off and no go again , put the key back on half way and it goes again , rode it home about an hour away ,it ran fine , tried starting again ,nothing ,pulled the ignition out and apart and it has a lot of ware on the contact`s , so am assuming this is the problem , so what i am asking after all that is has any one else had ignition prob`s
