I enjoy a mesh jacket with a removable liner. It's from one of the big players whose name I can't recall. Firstgear maybe? Somebody like that. I'm perfectly comfortable at speed well into the 90s F.
Some folks have mesh jacket liners that are waterproof, allowing the liner to be worn as an outer layer in rain jacket duty.
Being away from a bike for many years during my child rearing days, and coming back to discover mesh clothing was a very pleasant surprise.
