I too am a proud union Carpenter, local 1532 Mt.Vernon,Wa...I some how found myself working for a large pipeing company 20 some years ago.I hardly ever get to work with the tools anymore but I've worked with some of the best all over the western U.S. It saddens me to see the decline in true craftsmen.This trade has allowed me to raise 4 great kids,Restore & rebuild a 100 year home,dabble in building a hotrod,time to enjoy my America[the blue & white ones are the fastest,don't let anyone tell ya different] & in 5 years give me a pension to do all the above full time.Thats something the non-union guys forget to tell you when they beat their non-union drum......end of rant LETS RIDE!!
