Ebay is where I got the ones on both my bike and Wendy's.
That's the best shopt I have uploaded for Wendy's and I don't really have a good shot of mine. They are similar to hers but have a maltese cross mirror and skulls in the flame stems. Both were around $30 for the pair. I machined adapters for the HD style mounting but you can buy them from a few vendors like here.
