The not seeing a small child thing is something I never thought of!! Yow... That could be rough. I'd be tempted to wait for the person and give them an earfull.

It does bug me how people seem to think that because they are in their car it's ok. Or that their business is somehow, not only more important than mine, but so important that they can block EVERYONE.

The worst is when people park along the curb, AND right across from that along the regular parking spots, necking the lane down to barely one car wide!!

I was once parked in behind my highschool. The person had left their keys in the car, so I moved it.
