Sandie - if anything , narrower bars in a pullback configuration should shorten the cable reach . The slack can loop up some , but you don't want it looping up TOO high , gets in your field of vision and looks funky . If ya hafta have shorter cables , there's lots of 'em out there .

Oh , I forgot - some buckhorns are so angled they make your wrists splay out in an uncomfortable position . The grips should be no more than about 10 degrees from being perpendicular to the long axis of your arm .
