Actually, my point was that it is still an issue, these groups still exist, they sell drugs and guns and are still a danger to the casual rider. Not to mention the societal harm they do. I don't argue your point - there are cretins in all facets of life...
A lot of the members here don't have these encounters. I've had a few. Just be aware.
