Please read Bill's "mouse's" explanation above about how the cager in the red car was tailgating the car in front of him, and thus lacked the necessary time in order to swivel his head and check his blind spot and thus, because said cager can not drive BOTH his car AND ALSO be RESPONSIBLE for riding the biker's motorcycle which was about to pass HIM, that...well...there is MUCH MORE here that COULD HAVE, and probably DID come into play in this whole scenario.
