So you didn't think that the bike was following a bit close to the car around the bends?
Definite cager not checking mirrors though.
Before the war on terror, if I saw an unattended package I used to think "I'll be having that!"

That was clearly deliberate. Doesn't matter if the bike had been following too close. That was just plain wrong. That biker would be justified to shoot that cager in my opinion. I imagine i might have.

That car driver could be in serious trouble. Not sure about the bikers speed since it seems to be metric not MPH. But if I read the road markings right it happens in a passing zone. The car deliberately cut the bike off, he would have a hard time saying he didn't mean it.

Watch the vid closely - there was no need for the car to cross the center line - the second car was WAY too far ahead to try to pass , was either negligent or deliberate .

When the vid starts he's doing 91kph, about 55mph.
He gets slowed to 75kph which is about 40mph.
When he goes to overtake he gets up to about 105kph which is around 67mph.
Overall not really excessive speeds, but we don't know what the speed limit in that area is either.

I usually ride with a friend. It is a .45 ACP 1911 Taurus which I wear on my right hip in a tan leather holster with a lot of weapon hanging out in the breeze. On the left hip I have a pair of magazine holders also in tan leather and they also are readily visible by any cager in the area. People are unsually polite when I am riding around. I wonder why?

I watched that video over and over. There was a car DIRECTLY in front of that red car. The red car didn't move over until just passed the dashed line. I think the bike accelerated to quickly for the car to realize he was there.
My opinion: It was an accident.

I think you may be right. It looks like maybe the car in front of the red one stopped or slowed down suddenly and the red car, and incidentally the biker too, got caught off guard. Who knows what "the rest of the story" is. Still had to suck!

I don't think so, I watched it full screen several times and the car in front is still quite a distance in front. Unless there is something I am not seeing the red car had no reason to swerve out into the path of the bike.

Notice the shadows on the road. The cars shadows are very close together until the one in front quickly disappears. That's when the red car swerved, as if to go around a turning or stopped car. Make sense? Looks like unfortunately bad timing on the part of the biker.

You're right, it looks like the red car was tailgating someone in front that we can't see, just the shadow.
Lesson to be learned: Don't tailgate. And if you do tailgate, and especially if you are tailgating a tailgater you're begging for it.

He was only "tailgating" to try and pass. If something got in the way of the red car he would have jerked left, not pulled left at a steady rate. It was malicious.

Ya know what? I just changed my mind. The red car's blinker comes on to pass and you can see the shadow of the car he's passing just before he pulls out. The bike was at (mostly) fault. I say mostly because the car should've signaled longer before pulling out to pass. The signal and the pass was virtually simultaneous.

I have to keep my drink on that side because my left hand doesn't know how to hold a glass.
I had one named Pepe but I couldn't trust him, I think he may have been illegal.
So I got one named Ivan. He only drinks vodka, which I really don't care for.
