We searched high & low for a Goodwood green US match / cross index, to no avail. I don't believe anyone on the site here has ever found the US equivalent either. The painter matched mine by eye. He got pretty close - not a perfect match but close enough for what I need anyway. He also thought that a Land Rover's green looked pretty close. I've also seen some older Ford mini vans with a good looking metal flake green - mid to late 90s maybe? Or maybe mid 80s? I don't recall now. I would think one of the many shades of British Racing Green (with a little bit of metal flake) would be right pretty too.
As far as getting a quart or pint of the real stuff, I've had good luck with Jack Lilley Triumph at getting goods the US dealers can't or won't get.
http://www.jacklilley.com/Another option - a mile away from where I work is a world class body shop. I've seen a number of perfect color matches come out of there - but - they are expensive. I have a factory painted Goodwood Green side cover. If you like, I can get you a price on a color match job by taking mine there. We could do the transport via mail if you like. Not a problem for my BA.com bruddah.
